Include an in depth disussion of Audio Quality, Sampling Rates, Video Quality and Frame Rates. Figures such as an audio Sample Rate of say 48000 means little to the average user.

I've already included a similar suggestion, but though it important to explain in more detail.

I'm sure each of the different Audio and video formats will have different ideal sample rates etc. So a more detailed discussion of these in the help document would be welcome. I'm sure most novice and average users would welcome such information. also include more details about each format?
